Day 1 - Introduction to Sound and Crystal Bowls

The Initiation will take place in the magnificent aesthetic medicine and care space Apogée, Osmose, Experimental Place, 78 Av. Raymond Poincaré, 75116 Paris

This first day is designed to introduce you to the vibrational energies of crystal bowls and their ability to harmonize body and mind. You will discover the power of sound, its influence on cells, and how these vibrations can be used in a sound therapy practice.

After a theoretical introduction to the properties of sound and frequencies, you will participate in a series of practical exercises with crystal bowls, where you can feel their subtle energies.

Day 2 - Sound Bath and Individual Sessions: Advanced Practice and Experience Sharing

April 12, 2026, from 9 am to 5 pm

The Initiation will take place in the magnificent aesthetic medicine and care space Apogée, Osmose, Experimental Place, 78 Av. Raymond Poincaré, 75116 Paris

On this second day, we will explore how to organize and conduct sound baths as concerts, as well as how to use sound in individual sessions.

This module will focus on practical application and experience sharing, allowing each participant to fully immerse themselves in the role of a sound facilitator. You will learn to structure a concert sound bath, create healing spaces, and refine your approach to individual sound therapy sessions.

• Instrument selection

• Tips and experience sharing

Several sound baths will punctuate the training, and you will have the opportunity to acquire your crystal bowl set on site if you wish.

Our Sound Therapy Training is a complete immersion in the world of sound and the vibrational energies of crystal bowls. These two days will allow you to deepen your practice and explore sound baths in concerts and individual sessions.
