Our classic Gua Sha are those that 100% meet our selection criteria.
When packaging products, we meticulously check and purify each Gua Sha. Sometimes, some of them have slight defects due to polishing or the natural roughness of the stone. For ethical reasons and to avoid discarding tools, we have chosen to offer them at a reduced price in the Outlet category. The massage provided by the tool and its energetic properties remain the same as with a classic Gua Sha.
Auric Purification Spray is a holistic spray designed to accompany daily energetic and sensory well-being rituals.
Developed around olfactotherapy and a synergy of immersive scents, our auric sprays help to harmonize emotions, energies, and living spaces.
The Essence version is more concentrated in essential oils than the Water version, while retaining the same olfactory signature.

Each stone has different properties. To learn more about each stone, you can consult the product sheet for the tool you are interested in, and under the "why use it" section, you will find information on its benefits. A blog post is also dedicated to the benefits of our massage tools, titled "Sentara Holistic Massage Tools: Daily Beauty and Energy Ritual." The choice of stone also comes down to instinct; let yourself be guided by the one that attracts you most.
To clean your tools, you can use a cloth lightly dampened with mineral water and soap or soak them directly in a bowl of water for a few hours. You can also cleanse them energetically with Sage or Palo Santo smoke. To recharge them with positive energy, place your tools under the full moon's rays all night or for a few hours under the sun's rays so as not to alter their color.
Stones can be used throughout the day. You need to use your intuition, knowing when you want to take them with you. The ideal is to have contact with them and be able to touch them as much as possible, wherever they are, in your pocket, in your bag, etc.
To clean them, remember to regularly place them in a bowl of water or energetically purify them with Palo Santo or Sage smoke. Once a month, remember to clean and purify your stones before exposing them to the full moon's rays to recharge them with energy.
CAUTION: some stones such as malachite, celestite, pyrite, hematite, and selenite do not tolerate purifying baths. Purification by fumigation (incense) is preferable.
You can also sleep with your stones. Simply place them under your pillow or on your bedside table. If you have dreams or nightmares, it proves that you are doing energetic work. You can then wash them the next morning under clear water or soak them in a bowl of water for one or two hours.

Orders and Delivery

For mainland France, delivery times are generally 24 to 48 hours. For international shipments, delivery times may vary depending on the geographical area.
We offer two delivery methods via our carrier DPD: to a relay point for €4.90 and to your home for €9.90. As a reminder, delivery is free for purchases over €60.
Yes, we ship internationally. However, delivery to Russia is unavailable due to current geopolitical circumstances.
We prepare orders every morning. Any order placed the day before or the same day before 11 AM will be shipped on the same day.

If your package is damaged, please make a note of it with the delivery driver or at the pickup point when you receive your order, take some photos of the package, and then contact us directly at magic@sentaraholistic.com, providing your order number and attaching these photos. Returns and Refunds
How to easily return an item or get a refund.
You have a 14-day withdrawal period for any refund.

In accordance with current legal provisions, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to give any reason or pay any penalty. After communicating your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal within this 14-day period, you have another 14 days to return the product(s) concerned by the withdrawal.
Shipping costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the customer.
We will process the refund within 2 to 3 working days of receiving the returned products.

To begin, you must create a loyalty account on the Wellness Club page of our online store. Once your account is created, you will receive 30 points. To accumulate points, you can complete the various missions offered. When you place an order on our website, you earn 1 point for every € spent. You can then exchange your points for vouchers by directly clicking on the one you want.

To use your points, simply exchange them for vouchers available on the Wellness Club page of our online store. Once exchanged, you will receive a unique promotional code by email to use when placing your order. Vouchers are valid for 3 months on the store, cannot be combined with other discounts. They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

No, there is no minimum purchase required to use your points.
The loyalty points you accumulate expire 12 months after the acquisition date.

How to pay for your purchases and use your promo codes effectively.
Yes, it is possible to pay in installments. During payment, you can use Klarna, a tool that allows you to pay in 3 interest-free installments.
When paying for your order, several payment methods are available to you. You can pay by credit card (Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Discover, JCB), via PayPal, GooglePay, ApplePay or Klarna (installment payments).
When paying for your order, you will find a dedicated space for promo codes on the right side of the screen. Enter the code then click on "Validate". The new amount to pay will appear below.
When you order from outside Metropolitan France, customs fees (or "octroi de mer") may be applied to your order. These are not included at the time of your purchase and remain your responsibility.
