I am Mayia Alleaume, your guide in the world of Sentara Holistic, where spirituality meets holistic beauty. My story begins in the Basque Country, a place where the sea and mountains meet, a place steeped in history and energy. This land taught me a love of nature and awakened in me a passion for well-being and spirituality. As a renowned Make Up Artist, my travels have allowed me to discover and embrace enriching cultures and practices, which today nourish the soul of Sentara.

The Genesis of Sentara Holistic

Sentara Holistic was born from my desire to comfort skin damaged by conventional cosmetics. In 2007, with the unwavering support of my family, and especially my sister Kattina, we brought Sentara Skincare to life. Our vision? To create a range of products that are pure, effective, gentle on the skin, and respectful of the planet. We succeeded, and our journey gradually led us towards a more holistic approach, integrating the wonders of Lithotherapy and Sonotherapy, to offer beauty that nourishes both body and mind.

Why "Sentara"?

"Sentara" is a tribute to my Basque roots, a word that resonates with my journey: to move towards what feels good, what is right and true for oneself. To reconnect with the essential. To move towards more spirituality for a beauty rich in meaning. It is this essence that I wish to share with you through every creation of Sentara Holistic.

My Sacred Ritual

Every day, I dedicate a moment to well-being, an essential practice for reconnecting with one's own energies. My favorite rituals? Self-massage, an ancestral tradition that awakens the face and spirit. I practice it with a Gua Sha; this moment of communion with oneself is a precious gift. Also, I never start a day without my Ceremonial Matcha. It helps me focus while relaxing. Its beauty and health benefits are countless. And in the evening, I turn to purification rituals, inviting peace and harmony with the palo santo and the sage, as well as my auric spray that I created based on the principle of the emotional olfactory pyramid. It purifies and energizes subtle energies. I never forget to consult the lunar phase calendar to stay connected to the rhythms of nature.

My greatest pride is the trust and closeness I have built with you. Through social media, Instagram lives, I share not only advice and rituals but also a piece of my soul. Together, we create a community united by the love of well-being and holistic beauty.
