Matcha Ceremony - The Green Gold
Originating from Japan and ceremonial grade, our Matcha, from the first harvest of the year, is cultivated according to ancestral traditions.
The young green tea leaves are then steamed, dried, and finely ground until a fluorescent green powder is obtained.
Consumed in the past by Zen masters and samurais, Matcha provides concentration, serenity, and strength. It is a true sacred source of well-being and youth.
It is considered a superfood in its purest form. A powerful antioxidant, rich in vitamins and minerals, it improves mood and strengthens the immune system.
Our Matcha is not bitter, and is light and creamy.
